Issued to Royal Air Force pilots and navigators from 1940, the original Air Ministry 6B/159 specification provided vital timekeeping for dead reckoning navigation across occupied Europe. This reproduction captures the clean aesthetic of wartime Swiss contract watches, featuring a silver-cream dial, bold Arabic numerals, and the historic RAF motto Per Ardua Ad Astra.
Modern Quartz Movement & Hacking
Beneath the 37mm polished case sits a reliable dual quartz movement powered by battery. It features an integrated hacking function that stops the seconds hand when the crown is pulled, mirroring the time synchronisation required by bomber crews.
