Cold War Heritage
Originally issued to the Czechoslovak People's Army (ČSLA) in 1985, the vz. 85 combat uniform replaced older raindrop patterns. These M85 trousers are made from a heavy-duty, wind-resistant cotton-polyester blend. This tightly woven canvas blocks drafts and resists abrasion from brambles, making these trousers a highly durable choice for winter bushcraft and camping.
Modular Thermal Insulation
Designed for freezing Central European winters, these over-trousers feature a detachable quilted thermal liner that buttons into the shell. This modular design allows you to utilise the pants in milder autumn weather. The ultra-high waistband acts as a kidney warmer, sealing the gap between your jacket and trousers to prevent vital core heat loss during long, stationary hunts.
Military-Grade Practicality
A practical six-pocket layout features two side-slit hand pockets with closeable pass-through slots, plus four button-flap cargo pockets. Integrated fabric waist adjusters allow for a custom fit, while the external ankle cuffs with under-foot stirrups keep the trousers anchored in deep snow. Available in excellent Supergrade unissued condition.

This item was issued to the Czech Army during the Late Cold War (1961–1991) and remains in Supergrade condition. It is unissued original surplus, but may have minor dust or storage marks from warehouse storage. We recommend giving it a wash or airing it out before wearing.
