This is the original Serbian Army leather mag pouch, built for rugged field use.
Historic Military Heritage
First issued to the Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) and later utilised by the Serbian Army, this pouch was designed to carry rifle ammunition clips. Known historically as a fišeklija, it represents classic Cold War military issue. It serves as an authentic piece for historical reenactors and militaria collectors looking for proven Balkan kit.
Rugged Leather Construction
Each pouch is formed from thick, rigid leather measuring roughly 12cm by 7cm. The solid box shape protects fragile tools, fire starters, or first aid supplies from rough knocks in the field. The front flap fastens over a classic brass ball stud, providing a firm hold that releases smoothly when you need fast access to your kit.
Field Utility and Condition
A wide rear belt strap lets you slide the pouch onto webbing rigs, pack straps, or standard trouser belts for bushcraft and outdoor work. As genuine surplus, pouches arrive in clean Grade 1 to characterful Distressed condition. Some display minor storage marks and unique leather colour variations that reflect their service age.
Add this authentic Serbian leather pouch to your field belt or military collection today.
This item was used by the Other Army during the Late Cold War (1961–1991) and is in Grade 1 condition. It is in very good condition with plenty of life left. We recommend giving it a wash before wearing.
Grade 1 represents solid, fully functional military surplus that has been deployed or issued but remains in great usable condition with plenty of life left.

- Markings & Personalisation: May feature soldier names, unit numbers, service markings, or light depot stamps written on tags or fabric.
- Repairs: May include neat, professional military-standard stitches or minor reinforcement patches that do not compromise gear integrity.
- Storage & Cleanliness: Gear is serviceable straight out of the box, though a standard initial wash or airing is recommended to clear typical military surplus storage scent and minor handling dust.
