Marine Corps History & Design
Introduced in 2002 for the Marine Corps Combat Utility Uniform, this field jacket features the pixelated Desert MARPAT camouflage pattern. It replaced the older BDU, giving Marines a specialized digital pattern with micro Eagle, Globe, and Anchor (EGA) logos woven into the fabric for visual identification in arid terrain.
Tactical Layout & Storage
Built for practical field use, the chest features slanted hook-and-loop pockets designed to stay accessible under chest rigs or body armour. Both upper sleeves include bellowed shoulder pockets for small gear, while an embroidered EGA emblem sits proudly on the left chest pocket.

Made from a tough 50/50 nylon-cotton twill, this jacket offers breathable durability for hiking, bushcraft, and workwear. Reinforced elbow panels feature internal slots for elbow pads, and the no-snag inverted button cuffs keep your sleeves secured without catching on brush.

This item was used by the US Marines during the Modern (2000–Present) and is in Grade 1 condition. It is in very good condition with plenty of life left. We recommend giving it a wash before wearing.
