Cold War Load-Bearing Origins
Issued to the Czechoslovak People's Army (ČSLA) for the vz. 60 field webbing system, this leather hanger served as a vital suspension point. Soldiers slid these loops directly onto their standard field belts to anchor combat Y-straps and heavy gear pouches, distributing pack weight evenly across the torso during extended field manoeuvres.
Tough Leather and Steel Build
Built from thick vegetable-tanned saddle leather, each loop is formed with a secure fold locked by three hollow rivets in a reinforced triangular pattern. The fixed olive-painted steel D-ring provides a tough, immovable anchor that withstands heavy downward tension without bending, distorting, or pulling free under strain.

This item was used by the Czech Army during the Late Cold War (1961–1991) and is in Grade 1 condition. It is in very good condition with plenty of life left. We recommend giving it a wash before wearing.
