KEY FEATURES

Instant answers from our depot guard dog (or route straight to our human crew).
This is the original Soviet Russian Army weapon oiler bottle issued for field firearm maintenance.
Cold War Service History
Carried across the Cold War era by Red Army infantry, this circular dual-chamber oil can serviced standard rifles including the Mosin-Nagant M91/30, SKS, and AK-47. Built to support troops firing corrosive Berdan-primed ammunition, it ensured quick barrel cleaning directly in the field.
Dual Compartment Function
The body features two separate compartments with twin threaded screw caps. One port is stamped with Cyrillic Щ (Shcheloch) for alkaline solvent to dissolve corrosive salts, while the other bears Н (Neft) for protective neutral lubricating oil, preventing cross-contamination.
Compact Steel Construction
Constructed from stamped sheet steel with a stable flat base, this compact oiler measures roughly 75mm by 65mm. It drops easily into standard canvas magazine pouches or modern range bags, providing reliable oil storage for historic shooting, bushcraft gear care, or militaria collections.
Complete your Soviet rifle maintenance kit or period display with this genuine piece of military field gear.
This item was used by the Russian Army during the Early Cold War (1947–1960) and is in Grade 1 condition. It is in very good condition with plenty of life left. We recommend giving it a wash before wearing.
Grade 1 represents solid, fully functional military surplus that has been deployed or issued but remains in great usable condition with plenty of life left.
- Functionality: 100% field-ready. All main zippers, press studs, drawstrings, and buckles work as intended with no critical faults.
- Fabric & Wear: Structurally sound with light cosmetic wear, minor abrasion, or subtle fading from normal military use and laundering.
- Markings & Personalisation: May feature soldier names, unit numbers, service markings, or light depot stamps written on tags or fabric.
- Repairs: May include neat, professional military-standard stitches or minor reinforcement patches that do not compromise gear integrity.
- Storage & Cleanliness: Gear is serviceable straight out of the box, though a standard initial wash or airing is recommended to clear typical military surplus storage scent and minor handling dust.
