Military Service and Origin
Designed for the South African Defence Force during the Border War era, this pack was built as part of the modular Pattern 70 webbing system. Made with heavyweight cotton canvas and reinforced stitching, it was tailored for reliable load carrying in tough bush conditions.
Weather Protection and Storage
The main compartment features internal weather flaps secured with press-studs to protect gear from dust and rain. Integrated metal grommets at the base drain trapped moisture, while two fixed side pouches hold water bottles or essential kit.
